Delete Your Revelé Account

Revelé users may request deletion of their account and related data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, email support@meliovastudio.com.

Use the subject line: Delete Revelé Account

In your email, include the email address connected to your Revelé account so we can locate the correct account.

Delete From Within the App

You may also initiate account deletion from within the Revelé app by going to:

Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account

If you cannot access the app, you may still request deletion by emailing support@meliovastudio.com with the subject line “Delete Revelé Account.”

What Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is verified, we will delete or de-identify account information and related Revelé data, which may include:

  • account information;
  • check-ins;
  • weight entries;
  • symptom and side effect logs;
  • hydration, protein, and fiber logs;
  • reminders;
  • progress photos;
  • notes and reflections;
  • AI coach conversation history associated with your account.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, backup, or compliance purposes.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Revelé account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

If you subscribed through Google Play, you must cancel your subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.

If Revelé is later available on iOS and you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store subscription settings.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain subject to the applicable app store's billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies.

Processing Time

After we verify your request, we will make reasonable efforts to delete or de-identify your account and related data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the deletion request.

Once deletion is completed, we may send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your Revelé account.
