Revelé is a wellness companion app from Meliova Studio. If you need help with your account, subscription, privacy requests, or app experience, you can contact us by email.

Revelé does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication dosing instructions, injection instructions, compounding instructions, or emergency medical guidance.
If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, serious side effect, allergic reaction, chest pain, trouble breathing, severe abdominal pain, suicidal thoughts, or any urgent condition, call your local emergency services or seek immediate in-person medical attention.

Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Revelé account and related data, visit the Delete Account Page →
You may also initiate account deletion from within the Revelé app by going to:
Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account
Subscription Help
Deleting your Revelé account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.
If you subscribed through Google Play, you must cancel your subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.
If Revelé is later available on iOS and you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store subscription settings.
Refunds, billing, renewals, cancellations, and subscription management are handled by the applicable app store provider.

Response Time
We make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests as soon as possible. Some requests, including privacy or account deletion requests, may require verification before we can process them.
