1. Agreement to Our Legal Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Meliova Studio ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Revelé mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Revelé, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Our Services (Wellness Companion Only)

Revelé is a wellness companion app designed to help users track check-ins, weight, symptoms, hydration, protein and fiber logs, progress photos, reminders, reflections, and general wellness progress related to a personal GLP-1 journey. Revelé is a self-tracking and informational tool only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Revelé is not a medical provider, clinic, pharmacy, telehealth service, or emergency medical service. Revelé does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication dosing instructions, injection instructions, compounding instructions, or emergency medical guidance. Nothing in the App is intended to create a doctor-patient relationship.

4. Healthcare Provider Warning

You must consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any decisions about medications, dosage, injections, diet, exercise, side effects, pregnancy, breastfeeding, lab results, medical symptoms, or any medical condition. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment based on information in the App.

5. Emergency Warning

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, serious side effect, allergic reaction, chest pain, trouble breathing, severe abdominal pain, suicidal thoughts, or any urgent condition, call your local emergency services or seek immediate in-person medical attention. Do not use the App to request emergency help.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Revelé does not guarantee weight loss, health improvement, symptom improvement, appetite reduction, medication results, habit formation, body transformation, or any specific wellness outcome. Individual results vary, and your wellness journey is your responsibility in consultation with your healthcare provider.

7. AI Coach Disclaimer

Any AI coach, automated guidance, summaries, or generated messages in Revelé are provided for general educational and motivational purposes only. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on AI responses for medical decisions. Always verify information with a licensed healthcare provider.

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying any information in the App, exercising your own judgment, consulting qualified healthcare professionals, and using Revelé safely. You accept all risk associated with how you choose to use the App.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Revelé. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

10. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. User Data and Privacy

While using Revelé, you may enter personal and sensitive wellness information such as weight, symptoms, side effects, hydration, protein and fiber logs, medication-related reminders, progress photos, notes, and account information. Our handling of this information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Revelé, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

12. Progress Photos and User Content

Progress photos, reflections, check-ins, and notes are private user content unless you choose to share them. Revelé does not claim ownership of your User Content. You grant Meliova Studio a limited license to store, process, display, back up, secure, and use your User Content only as needed to operate, provide, maintain, protect, and improve Revelé. This license does not give Meliova Studio the right to sell your private progress photos, notes, reflections, or check-ins. You confirm you have the right to upload any content you submit, and you must not upload another person's photos without their permission.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Revelé account and related data through the Delete Account page or by emailing support@meliovastudio.com with the subject line "Delete Revelé Account."

14. Data Retention

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes, even after account deletion.

15. Subscriptions, Free Trial, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Revelé may offer paid subscription plans, which may include a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled.

Google Play. If Revelé is distributed through Google Play, all subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Google Play Billing and your Google Play subscription settings. Meliova Studio does not directly control Google Play refunds.

Apple App Store. If Revelé later launches on iOS, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through your Apple App Store subscription settings and Apple's policies.

Free Trial. If a free trial is offered, the trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends, according to the applicable app store rules.

Payments. App subscriptions are handled through the applicable app store billing provider, such as Google Play Billing. Revelé does not currently accept direct credit card or PayPal payments.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Revelé to:

• seek or provide medical diagnosis, treatment, dosage, injection, compounding, or emergency medical advice;
• promote unsafe weight loss, starvation, purging, self-harm, or extreme dieting;
• upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, explicit, infringing, or misleading content;
• upload another person's photos without their permission;
• reverse engineer, scrape, hack, overload, or interfere with the App;
• bypass subscription, payment, or access restrictions;
• misuse AI features or attempt to generate unsafe medical instructions or other prohibited content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

17. Third-Party Services

Revelé may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, analytics, authentication, AI model providers, app store billing, database and storage providers, and email or support tools. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.

18. Service Changes

Meliova Studio may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict features of the App at any time, with or without notice. Free and Premium features may change over time. We do not guarantee that the App will be available without interruption or free of errors.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meliova Studio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for Revelé during the six (6) months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid anything, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meliova Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, your unsafe reliance on App content, or content you upload to the App.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

23. Updates to These Terms

Meliova Studio may update these Terms from time to time. Updates may be communicated by email, in-app notice, app update notice, or by posting updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Revelé after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
